We are really looking forward to seeing you very soon. Whilst you will still get the amazing hair and beauty treatments JASHair Group is well-known for delivering, things are going to look, feel and be a little different around here, for a while.
Your health, along with that of our team, is of the utmost importance to us, so ahead of your appointment, we wish to share with you what measures we have put in place to protect you and keep you safe whilst you are here.
Our team have undergone extensive training and we are all fully prepared for your next visit. We hope the changes that we have made will reassure you, give you confidence and allay any concerns you may have.
Please read on to familiarise yourself with what to expect during your next visit and also what we need you to do or bring with you.
Arriving for your appointment!
Please arrive at the salon exactly at the time of your hair or beauty appointment, no earlier and no later, and kindly wait outside until we call you in.
When you step inside the salon you will notice that we have installed some perspex screens and our team will be wearing masks and visors as well as a disposable apron.
Please come on your own
Please don't bring anyone with you to your appointment and kindly keep belongings to an absolute minimum, ie. the essentials. With regret we cannot store bags of shopping, jackets or coats.
Please bring your own protective mask
We will be asking all guests to bring and wear their own face mask. Any guests feeling unwell or appearing to be unwell, will be requested to reschedule their appointments.
Handwashing and sanitising
We will wash our hands thoroughly with soap and hot water before and after each guest and we'll also be using hand sanitiser. We will ask that you also sanitise your hands during your visit.
Single use towels/gowns and regular thorough cleaning
At JAS, our standards in all areas of our work are extremely high, none more so than where cleanliness and hygiene is concerned. We will be regularly cleaning all areas and tools before and after each client, and since all our gowns and towels are disposable, they will only be used once.
Refreshments and magazines
We sadly cannot serve you any refreshments nor offer you any glossy magazines to read.
Card payments only please
Payment can be made by card / contactless. With regret we cannot accept payments in cash at the moment. Easier still, you can also pay online, via our app - please see below.
